Hey James - I don't know if I ever really formally told you "THANK YOU" for your help in finding the PERFECT home. Where do I start? We are investors coming from Belgium. We met James and the feeling was good so we decided to go with him... what a great choice!! Everything went south and James went OUT OF HIS WAY to help keep the pieces together. The loan was really tough to get because we were foreigners so he talked to the lender every day, the home inspection was lower than the price we offered so he negociated with the seller who agreed to decrease the price,... He deserved every penny that he earned in this deal and we will definitely recommend him.

James was an awesome agent. Super helpful in helping me buy my first home. He was always fast to respond, answer questions and help out where needed. Made the whole process easy for a first-time buyer and kept things moving throughout the process which especially helped when it came to needing to find and buy a place before my lease ended.
